Terms and conditions

1. Purpose

These terms and conditions govern the use of the Patrimoine360 service, an online wealth management application published by LUPUS SOLUTIONS, a simplified joint-stock company with share capital of EUR 1,000.00, whose registered office is at 16 Place des Quinconces, 33000 Bordeaux, France (company number 945 012 425). By using our service, you accept these terms in full.

2. Description of the service

Patrimoine360 is a web application that lets you:

• Track and manage your financial assets (shares, cryptocurrencies, property, and so on)
• See how your investments evolve over time
• Connect your bank accounts (through Powens)
• Use financial simulation tools
• Manage your savings goals

3. Plans and pricing

3.1 Free plan

The free plan gives access to the core features of the service, in particular manual tracking of your investments and access to the calculators.

3.2 Premium plan

The Premium plan, at EUR 9/month or EUR 79/year, gives access to:

• Automatic bank connection
• Unlimited crypto wallet synchronisation
• Full performance history
• Priority support
• Advanced features

4. Registration and account

To use the service you must create an account with a valid email address and a password. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all actions taken with your account.

5. Payment

Payments are made by card through our secure payment provider. The subscription renews automatically at each due date unless you cancel it.

Prices are shown in euros, taxes included. Patrimoine360 reserves the right to change its prices at any time; new prices apply from the next renewal.

6. Right of withdrawal

Under article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period where performance began with your prior express consent.

You can nevertheless cancel your subscription at any time. Access to the Premium service remains active until the end of the period already paid for.

7. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current subscription period.

Patrimoine360 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if these terms are breached.

8. Limitation of liability

Patrimoine360 is a tracking tool and is in no way investment advice. The information provided is indicative only.

Patrimoine360 cannot be held liable for:

• Investment decisions made by the user
• Errors in market data supplied by third parties
• Temporary interruptions of the service
• Financial losses arising from use of the service

9. Intellectual property

All elements of the site (design, text, logos, software) are the exclusive property of Patrimoine360. Any reproduction is prohibited without prior authorisation.

10. Personal data

The processing of your personal data is governed by our privacy policy.

11. Changes to these terms

Patrimoine360 reserves the right to change these terms at any time. Users will be notified by email of any substantial change. Continuing to use the service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought. Failing that, the French courts shall have jurisdiction.

Under article L612-1 of the French Consumer Code, you may use the MEDICYS mediation service free of charge.
